The Fellowship exists to foster meaningful connections, democratise knowledge across our Alliance of grassroots boxing initiatives, and offer mentorship to young people with the passion to follow in your footsteps.

Derrick Osazee is a Pastor at God’s Vineyard Ministries and a professional boxer. He has led youth and education initiatives with national recognition for community impact, and is passionate about inspiring the next generation.

Elena Sobol

Elena is the Head of Presidential Operations & Communications at IBA. She has led global campaigns, managed reputational crises, advised top executives, and driven storytelling that doubled international media coverage and reached audiences of over 1 trillion.

Climate Science

Ella Gilbert

Dr. Ella Gilbert is a climate scientist and presenter with a PhD in Antarctic climate change, and a retired amateur boxer turned competitive coach with over a decade at Islington Boxing Club.

Classical Music

Hannah Rankin

Hannah is a former WBA and IBO 154lb World Champion, and also a professional musician, having performed with the St Petersburg Ballet Theatre and the London Sinfonietta.

Oscar McCracken

Oscar is a trainee solicitor and professional boxer, known as “Oscar De La Lawyer.” A first-class law graduate, he debuted professionally in 2024 and is Britain’s only current solicitor-boxer.
