Research and being evidence backed is at the absolute core of our practice at Boxing is Love. We welcome researchers from all disciplines who is interested in finding a cross intersection with boxing, especially in areas of sociology, criminology, and psychology.
Role
The world of academic research in boxing is locked behind academic jargon, journal publishers and institutions. Therefore, aside for your standard researcher role of literature reviews, trend spotting, analysis etc, we are particularly looking for someone who can summarise and simplify existing research into bitesized, accessible content.

Current university student or career researchers. If you do not hold a university qualification but believe that you have what it takes for the role, you will not be disadvantaged and judged solely based on your CV, please submit an application still.
We are looking for a researcher who can go beyond standard literature reviews and analysis. Your key task will be to break down academic research on boxing, particularly in areas like sociology, criminology, and psychology, into clear and accessible insights that everyone can understand.
